I just self-published a book of dark freeform (yeah, random tempo and no rhymes - sorry) poetry, and I'm kinda doing this backwards...because I mostly did it for me, but now I've decided I'd like to give the whole poetry reading thing a go.
Where are some common places readings (or open mic nights)are held in Portland? I'm in Tigard, but I'd definitely make the trip into the loveliest city I know. *cheezy*
If nothing else, is there now a more active PDX poetry group than this one?
